Set aside. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a mixer, combine the white sugar and shortening.  Beat until well-combined.  Add the egg and beat well, then add the sour cream and vanilla and beat for about 1 minute or until the mixture is light and fluffy.  Add the flour mixture and beat until combined. Add the orange juice concentrate and orange rind and mix well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Using a cookie scoop (or pastry bag), drop the dough/batter (the mixture will be VERY moist–thicker than a cake batter but thinner than traditional cookies) by the tablespoon-ful onto a lined, un-greased baking sheet.  Bake for 10 minutes or until the cookies are set and just starting to turn golden brown around the edges. Add sugar, salt and stir to dissolve; add flour and knead dough until smooth and elastic. Allow pretzels to rise again. Bake in 450 degrees F oven for about 10 minutes or until golden. Melt butter, add cracker crumbs and poppy seeds.   Put 1/2 of &lt;br /&gt;this mixture in bottom of   9x13 pan.   Mix soup, chicken, and sour cream &lt;br /&gt;together.   Pour over crumb mixture in pan.   Sprinkle remaining crumb &lt;br /&gt;mixture over the top. Set aside.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Brown hamburger with onion. Drain grease. Put all but 1 cup of spaghetti sauce in with hamburger and water. Spread the 1 cup of sauce on bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Make layer of noodles. (breaking if necessary) Spread half of cottage cheese mix over noodles. Spoon 1/3 of sauce mix over cheese. Repeat layers once. Add one more layer of noodles and ladle sauce on top. Bake covered 50 mins. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Let stand 5 mins. Roll into a rectangle. Lay thin slices of ham over entire surface of bread, then pepperoni. Top with mozzarella cheese. Roll dough the long way. Place on cookie sheet, seam side down. Can brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian Seasoning. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. The Best Cookies on the Planet!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Step one:&lt;br /&gt;1 c margarine&lt;br /&gt;2 c brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 eggs &lt;br /&gt;1 tsp vanilla &lt;br /&gt;2 1/2 c flour&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp soda&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;3 c oats&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Step two:&lt;br /&gt;12 oz chocolate chips&lt;br /&gt;1 can sweetened condensed milk&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp vanilla&lt;br /&gt;2 tbsp salt&lt;br /&gt;1 c nuts (optional)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix together all ingredients in step one, set aside.  Melt chips, milk and butter.  When smooth and nuts and vanilla.  Spread 2/3 oatmeal mixture in bottom of 9x13 pan.  Cover with chocolate mixture.  Dot remaining oatmeal mixture on top.  Bake at 350 deg for 20-30 min. Gradually add sugar and continue mixing until all sugar is creamed into margarine.  Add egg and vanilla.  Stir until well blended.  Sift flour with salt, soda, and spices.  Add to margarine mixture and blend.  If desired, add nuts or raisins, and mix into dough.  Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Mix 1/2 c sauce with chicken, chilies, onion, and olives to form filling.  Spread tortillas with filling and roll.  Place in 9x13 pan.  Pour remainder of sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle cheese on top.  Bake at 450 deg for 15 min.  or until heated through. Boil water in large deep pot with 2 tsp salt and oil (to prevent boiling over).  Add macaroni.  Cook uncovered after water returns to a boil for 10-11 min.  Stir occasionally.  Drain and rinse under hot water.  In 2 quart casserole dish, combine cooked macaroni, ham, and 1 c cheese.  In medium saucepan, melt margarine.  Blend in flour, 1/2 tsp salt and mustard.  Add milk all at once.  Cook until thickened, stirring constantly, about 1 min.  Combine sauce with macaroni mixture.  Toss 1/2 c cheddar cheese with potato chips. Sprinkle over top. Turn onto surface sprinkled with flour or Bisquick.  Knead 10 times.  Roll out with rolling pin until about 1/8 in. thick.  Sprinkle drained can of tuna fish over (Dan and I use canned chicken instead).  Roll up and then cut with string to slices about 3/4 inch thick.  Bake for 8-10 min.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;While baking, make cheese sauce:&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cube margarine&lt;br /&gt;1/4 c flour&lt;br /&gt;2 c milk&lt;br /&gt;Melt margarine in mocrowave about 30 seconds.  Add flour and stir until smooth.  Cook in mocrowave for 45 seconds.  Then add milk.  Microwave and stir every 2 min. until thick.  This takes 8-10 min.  Then add grated cheese (about 1 cup, but until it looks good). Combine milk, sugar, shortening and salt.  Cool to lukewarm.  Add 1 1/2 c of flour, beat well.  Beat in yeast and eggs.  Gradually add remaining flour to form soft dough, beating well.  Place in greased bowl, turning once to grease surface.  Cover and let rise until double (1-2 hours).&lt;br /&gt;Turn out lightly on floured surface &amp; shape as desired. Cover and let shaped rolls rise until double (30-45 min).  Bake on greased baking sheet at 400 deg for 12-15 min. When the oil is hot, add the eggs.  Cook, stirring, until they are lightly scrambled, but not too dry.  Remove the eggs and clean out the pan.&lt;br /&gt;Add 2 tbsp oil.  Add rice.  Stir-fry for a few min. Stir in soy sauce as desired.&lt;br /&gt;When rice is heated through, add the scrambled egg back into the pan.  Mix thoroughly. Stir in green onion. Add flour and cook over medium heat, about five min.  Add chicken broth and heat until mixture just begins to boil.  Reduce heat; add chicken, potato and mixed vegetables until heated through.  Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.  Combine Bisquick, milk, and egg; pour over chicken mixture. Then add 1 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/3 cup flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix to combine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Butter the baking pan lightly and sprinkle flour or cocoa over the pan until covered. This will help the mixture not to stick to the dish.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spread brownie batter evenly in pan and put in oven to bake for 35-40 minutes. Mix well. Set aside.&lt;br /&gt;In large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla. Beat with wooden spoon until smooth. Stir in dry ingredients; mix well. Spread batter evenly in 13 X 9 inch pan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake in 350ºF oven for about 25 minutes. Do not overbake. minced clams&lt;br /&gt;1 c finely minced onions (if using dry onion flakes, use about 4 tbsp)&lt;br /&gt;1 c finely diced celery&lt;br /&gt;2 c diced potatoes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Drain clams (or don't, I don't) and combine with vegetables.  Barely cover with water, simmer 20 min. or until tender.  While this is cooking, do next step.&lt;br /&gt;Melt 3/4 c butter (1 1/2 cubes) add 3/4 c flour, stir together and add 4 c milk,1 1/2tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, and dash of pepper.  Cook to white sauce, stirring constantly.  Add cooked vegetables, don't drain.  Heat and serve.  (My mom cooks the white sauce in the microwave, stirring every two minutes.
