Cheese Sauce (for Veggies)

2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour. Using wire wisk, add milk, then cheese and salt and pepper. Melt all together. Pour over broccoli or other vegetables.
