Easy Bread Sticks

This is also a recipe for really good pizza crust-just don't use the topping for the breadsticks.
Dough:
3 cups warm water
3 Tbsp. yeast
3 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sugar
1/3 cup oil
7 cups flour

Topping:
1/4 cup soft butter
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Mix dough ingredients and knead well. Spread into greased pizza pans or cookie sheets. For bread sticks, spread with topping and score with a pizza cutter into breadstick shapes. Bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes.
